The Ragdoll Standard
At Blue Pearl Ragdolls, we only breed traditional blue eyed pointed ragdolls with exceptional temperaments. NO mink, solid, or sepia! We breed to the Ragdoll Standard! Our Ragdoll Queen and King are very easy going, laid back, affectionate, and gentle as ragdolls should be! They fully live up to their name - "RAG DOLL" as they become "lifeless" or "floppy" and lay on their back when picked up by their owner or laying down. Ragdolls are NOT aggressive whatsoever and are also known as emotional support cats as they love to cuddle! All our ragdolls have a medium to long silky soft bunny-like fur coat that makes them exceptionally beautiful! The ragdoll is the perfect family cat as they have a very tolerant and docile temperament with children and other animals. My small children can pick them up anywhere at anytime and I do not have to worry about the cat biting or scratching them as they are very gentle giants. They love to be the center of attention and will follow their owners around everywhere! Once you have a ragdoll you will become attached! No wonder why ragdolls are rated the #1 cat breed!
